- Meditation: Understanding the energy centers (chakras) in the body and utilizing this knowledge to bring peace and harmony to life.
- Hatha yoga: An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga asanas (postures) in releasing tension, lengthen and strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility; healing old injuries and preventing new ones.
Mind: Learning to calm the mind with a meditation practice will help release stress that arises from the addictive behavior of an overactive mind. A meditation practice brings on an awareness of conditioned behaviors that you have created in your life that no longer serve you, allowing you to change the habit to create everything that you want your life to be.
Body: A daily yoga asana practice will reform your entire body. A yoga vinyasa practice can be the perfect combination of flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic exercise to burn fat, build muscle, aid in weight loss and support overall physical health. Learning how to use the Complete Breathe will improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins and massage the internal organs, aiding in elimination.
Spirit: A meditation and yoga practice creates a sense of peace in one's life that brings greater joy, a connection to the awareness of self-love, and a release of emotional traumas that have translated into mistreatment of the body throughout one's life.

In this partnering workshop, we will explore practicing with another person to deepen our postures and our self-awareness in relationship to how we interact outside of ourselves.
Bunok Kravitz, founder of Conscious Life Change, assisted by Jennifer Mansfield Jeon, will guide you through a mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced postures with variations to suit your level of practice.
Come and enjoy a light afternoon of partner meditation and asana mixed with laughter, challenges and assisted self-exploration.
Bring your own mat and a commitment to expanding.
Please contact Bunok at 310/464-1766 if you would like to attend and do not have a partner.
